Privacy Policy

1.  COST

Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated. All prices are VAT inclusive where VAT is chargeable. Where VAT is chargeable, Trepace reserves the right to amend its prices to reflect any changes in VAT during the catalogue season. Any new prices will appear on the invoice.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

2.  DELIVERY

Delivery will be made within 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation, subject to availability.

Delivery charges will be calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

We dispatch our orders by carrier and a signature will be required on delivery.

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the stipulated timeframe, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

If delivery is delayed due to your unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, we reserve the right to charge you additional fees for redelivery or storage of the goods.

Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The above regulations entitle all customers to a 7-day approval period exclusive to those goods having print, numbers or badges applied, and provided the garments remain in the same state as when purchased, in which a customer can cancel and return their order.

3.  CONDITIONS OF SALE

All goods sold are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to unavailability of stock, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud or misuse of our website or services.

Please be aware of all details sent back to you & is satisfactory as we cannot refund bespoke garments after all approvals have been made.

All prices are cash prices inclusive of VAT at the rates applying at the time of going to press. After going to press, prices may have to be altered, due to circumstances beyond the control of TREPACE, e.g. an increase in VAT, in which case the new price will be shown on the order acknowledgement.

We reserve the right to charge for our costs which will not exceed £15.00 per event in respect of any of the following events; dispatch of any reminder letter or other communication, “refer to drawer” cheques or other failure to honour any method of payment or to transfer your account to a debt collection department or agency.

Only BANK TRANSFERS OR CHEQUE orders can be taken over the telephone or website. All orders paid by cheque or postal order must be made out to TRAPCE placed orders in writing or by using our Order Form which can be emailed or printed by return.

Until payment in full is received your order will not be processed and stock will not be allocated or reserved.

Club cheques will be accepted to place an order but the order will not be processed or goods will not be released until the cheque is cleared.

If light coloured kits are purchased then due consideration must be made to the likelihood of stains. We will not exchange later.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any delay or failure to deliver your order or for any errors or omissions in the information provided on our website or in our communications with you.

All orders are subject to our acceptance and we reserve the right to reject any order at any time, for any reason.

Returns are not accepted unless the product is faulty or does not meet the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase. The product should be returned in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund you the cost of the goods in full provided no print or numbers or badges has been altered or applied & teamwear has not been worn.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

4.  Sharing Your Information

We may use third party service providers and suppliers to assist us in administering the Site and providing the services we offer, and to that end, they may have access to your Personal Information. In addition, we may buy or sell business assets or be acquired by or acquire other corporations. In such transactions, Personal Information generally is one of the transferred business assets. In addition, in the event we merge or consolidate with another institution, your Personal Information may be transferred to the successor entity. We may also disclose your Personal Information to other affiliated institutions and/or if we are required to do so by law.

5.  Use of Cookies

Cookies are small bits of data cached or stored on your computer through your web browser based on Internet activity. We may use cookies to monitor individual user activity or activity of users in aggregate to improve the Service and provide features that are tailored to your needs, including delivery of customized content and advertising. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser settings to prevent this. The session cookie allows our server to reconnect your incoming request with previously stored session-collected data.  The cookie persists until you close your browser, or up to six (6) months, depending on the type of session cookie.

We may provide links on the Site to other sites of interest. We do not review or endorse the content of these sites or guarantee that they will abide by this Privacy Policy. Your use of such linked sites is subject to the privacy policies of the providers of those sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our Site and to read the privacy statements of each Site that collects Personal Information.

We strive to maintain the security of your information by using reasonable and appropriate technical, physical and administrative safeguards, including encryption technology, particularly, in connection with the order entry and payment functionality.  However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online. Consequently, we do not insure or warrant the security of any information you transmit, and you do so at your own risk.

8.  Children and Parents

Use of the Site is not offered to children. If you are under 13, you may not use the Site. We do not intend to collect personal information from children. Parents and guardians are advised that any personal information voluntarily entered by children may be available for public access. If your child has submitted personal information, please contact us to request that such information be removed. Once we are aware of information entered by a child, we will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to remove such information from our database; however, we are not liable for any consequences relating to such information.

9.  Reviewing Information

You may review your Personal Information stored in your profile by logging into the Site. You may change your contact information, including your name and mailing address. In the event you are unable to change your Personal Information, please email help@yourdomain.com. You may also email help@yourdomain.com regarding any issues about your Personal Information.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. If we do make a change, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on this Site. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
